It was a great experience. I am so thankful I was able to play for two great coaches in Coach Dino and Tierney. I learned lessons that helped me on and off the field. I had great teammates that pushed themselves and each other to be the best they could be week in and week out. I made great friends many I still keep in touch with. We had fun and played hard.

During that time we made the NCAA tournament three out of the four years and played against Hopkins at home my junior year (1999) in front of over 15,000 fans in the quarterfinals. I was able to score the first goal of that game in the “Dutch Dome” and I remember it like it was yesterday. I would tell them to enjoy this as you will reflect on it for the rest of your life. Make the most of the time and don’t leave anything on the table. You have an opportunity to do everything you can for yourself and your team every day. No regrets.
